Reading helps in curing depression and anxiety. It keeps our mind busy
and shifts our focus from stress of our work to magical world of
books. No matter what type of book you read you always gain some
knowledge and wisdom. It also improves our thinking skills which helps
in tackling critical situations and gives us ideas. Reading is one of
the reasons that you get good sleep, I mean if you read.
The more you read, the more you will know and the more you learn the
more creative you become.

then it’s important to note that reading actually helps improve
concentration. Reading can train our mind how to focus properly, which
